INGREDIENTS
125g butter½ cup icing sugar 2 tablespoons oil½ cup Klim½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder1 teaspoon rose water¼ cup maizena (corn flour)¼ teaspoon baking powder1 ½-2 cups flour
METHOD
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add oil and beat well.
3. Add klim, Elachi (cardomom) powder and rose water and beat well.
4. Add maizena (corn flour) and baking powder and beat.
5. Mix in enough flour to make a soft dough.
6. Cut with circle/ square cutters (or any shape one desires). Bake on 170C until the bottoms are a light golden.
7. Dip in white chocolate and sprinkle colored almonds/ ground pistachios.
