RECIPE

250g softened butter ¾ cup castor sugar Beat till white & fluffy Add in 2 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 eggs½ cup maizena (corn flour) 2 teaspoon baking powder Flour 2 make a soft dough
Roll out. Cut with cutter into shapes.Ull need 2 for 1 biscuit.To the top of the biscuits use a small Nozzle cutter 2 make a hole.Brush with beaten egg white and dipped in coconut Put on a greased baking tray and bake till golden ✨️ Sanwiche biscuits with warmed jam.
Serve with a lekka cuppa tea 🍵
