125g butter (room temp)
1⁄2 cup icing sugar
1⁄2 cup oil
1⁄2 cup maizena (corn flour)
+/- 2 cups flour (as needed)
Honeycomb candy (found at checkers)
Dewfresh/dairymilk chocolate for decorating
Beat butter and icing sugar together till white and fluffy.
Add oil and maizena (corn flour) and beat in.
Add sifted flour AS NEEDED to make a soft dough (binding by hand).
Add honeycomb and mix in.
Roll small-medium sized balls. Place on lined cookie sheet tray.
Bake in preheated oven at 160 degC for 10-15min.
allow to cool completely. dip in melted chocolate, leave as is or drizzle white choc over.
