1. Beat butter and icing sugar together till white and fluffy.2. Add oil and maizena (corn flour) and beat in.3. Add sifted flour AS NEEDED to make a soft dough (binding by hand). 4. Roll small-medium sized balls. 5. Flatten in palm, place a little honeycomb candy in the center, 6. Fold dough around and re-roll into ball.7. Place on lined cookie sheet tray.8. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 10-15 minutes.9. Allow to cool completely. 10. Dip in melted chocolate. Leave as is or drizzle white choc over.
