125g butter (room temp)1⁄2 cup icing sugar1⁄2 cup oil1⁄2 cup maizena (corn flour)+/- 2 cups flour (as needed)Honeycomb candy (found at checkers)Dewfresh/dairymilk chocolate for decorating
Beat butter and icing sugar together till white and fluffy.Add oil and maizena (corn flour) and beat in.Add sifted flour AS NEEDED to make a soft dough (binding by hand). Add honeycomb and mix in.Roll small-medium sized balls. Place on lined cookie sheet tray.Bake in preheated oven at 160 deg C for 10-15 minutes.allow to cool completely. dip in melted chocolate, leave as is or drizzle white choc over.
