- 250 g Butter
- ½ Cup Icing Sugar
- ¾ Cup maizena (corn flour)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essense
- 2 Cups Flour
-150 g chopped Sally Williams Mcadamia nougat
Preheat Oven To 160 Degrees Celsius.
Beat Butter & Icing Sugar Until Light & Creamy.
Add The Rest Of The Ingredients, A Little At A Time, Until Each Addition Is Combined. Knead The Mixture To Form A Soft Dough. Add 150 G Chopped Sally Williams Mcadamia Nougat To The Dough.
Pinch Off Pieces Of Dough, Form Into Little Balls & Flatten on The Palm Of Your Hand. To Achieve More Even Shapes, Use A Round Biscuit Cutter.
Bake For 20 Minutes.
Remove & Immediately Put The Biscuits To Cool on A Wire Rack.
If desired, Decorate with drizzles of melted white chocolate.
