INGREDIENTS
125g butter½ cup icing sugar½ cup corn flour¼ cup oil½ cup chopped pistachios4 tablespoon. powdered pistachios (optional) 1 and ½ cup flour or more
METHOD
Cream the butter and icing sugarAdd in the corn flour, oil, and powdered pistachios Mix in the nutsAdd in the flour and form a soft doughCut into shapesBake at 160 degrees for +- 20 minutesDecorate with white melted chocolate, and sprinkle with chopped pistachio and rose petals
