INGREDIENTS
250g butter1 cup icing sugar¾ cup corn flour (maziena)3 tablespoon custard powderGreen food colouring 1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 egg ½ cup finely grinded pistachios Flour as needed
METHOD
Beat butter, vanilla, sugar and egg till smoothAdd pistachios and mix wellAdd food colour Fold in corn flour and custard powder Form a soft dough with flour
Cut into rings or nozzle out swirls
Bake on 160°c for 15 minutes
Decorate as desired
