INGREDIENTS

onion slice
fresh bread crumbs
Flour coating
 beaten egg
cheese slice

METHOD

Cut onion slices and put the cheese in between two onion slices then that into the flour and then into the beaten egg then dip it into the bread Crumb and then the flour repeat several times if you wish so then fry it on high heat in oil

INFO & TIPS

Garnish with coriander and serve with sauce or braai
