INGREDIENTS
1½ onion, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon. Cumin seed 1 green chilli, finely chopped Hand full coriander Salt to taste 1 teaspoon. garlic flakes 1 teaspoon. Chilli flakes ½ teaspoon. Pepper 1 teaspoon. Chilli powder 4 tablespoon. Gram flour ±2 teaspoon. WaterOil for frying
METHOD
In a bowl add the sliced onion, cumin seeds, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, gralic flakes, chilli flakes, pepper, chilli powder, and mix will until all the spice are incorporated well Now add in the gram flour, in this recipe you don't require a lot of gram flour just Few tablespoons of it Mix again once it feels dry add few teaspoon of water to help bind the ingredients,The mix is ready to be friedPlace a pan over medium heat and add in the onion, once the oil is hot add in the pakoda mixture, place a tablespoons size mixture in the oil fry of 40 to 50 seconds on each side or until it turns golden brown.Remove from the oil and drain the oil, serve hot with your favorite chutney or condiments
