Take spinach leaves. Rinse and pat dry. To make batter with above ingredients. Mix well for 1 minutes. Consistency should be medium thick. Now heat the oil in the pan. Deep frying on medium hot. Take a one spinach leaf. Dip in the batter and fry in medium hot oil. Now arrange spinach leaves on plate. Pour sweet yogurt. Take yogurt add little sugar and pinch of salt. Then pour aamli chutney. Sprinkle some red chili powder and chat masala. Sprinkle some chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
