Chutny 1 onion chopped ¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter) ½ teaspoon jeera seeds 1 teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 ½ teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 ½ teaspoon dana Jeeru (Cumin) powder Salt 2 taste 6grated tomatoes Green chillies
Heat oil in a pot. Add onions & jeera myk wagaar till golden brown. Add the ginger & garlic braise 4 a few minutes. Then add rest of spices & braise. Add grated tomatoes in allow 2 cook on medium heat. Allow oil 2 come up 2 surface put in kebaabs & cook slowly on low heat til kebaabs are tender. Garnish with danya. Boiled eggs can also be added after cooked. Serve with roti,naan or rice.
