Recipe same as my coconut Sojee (semolina flour) with few adjustments 5 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)TAJ½ cup Sojee (semolina flour)Braise till pink
Make mixture 2 eggs¾ sugar(adjust to your liking. Start with ½ cup)1 ½ cup milk ½ cup waterPinch Elachi (cardomom) Rose syrupLittle red colour Rose ess/ rose water Mix well add to above.
METHOD
Let it thicken add little coconut and pistachios Leave to steam. Garnish with more syrup. Pistachio and rose buds.
