500g Gouda cheese 500g Cheddar cheese 1 brick Tussers cheese 1 brick Mozzarella cheese 1kg McCains sweetcorn kernels 3-4 medium onions (chopped) Salt to taste Green chillies to taste ½ cup lemon juice Black pepper to taste Fresh Dhana Fresh mint Spring onions
Steam the corn and set aside to cool, blitz the cheese in a food processor, chop the onions and squeeze out the water. Mix everything together including the greens and fill.
