INGREDIENTS
1 c water1 stick butter½ teaspoon salt1 c flour1 large egg1 c cheddar cheese2 teaspoon dried thyme
METHOD
Bring together,the water,butter and flour in a saucepan on medium heat. Keep stirring until the mix is even. Take off the heat and add the flour,egg,cheese and thyme.Drop spoonfuls (or pipe if desired) and bake at 220 C for 10 minutes then at 180 for another 10 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
INFO & TIPS
Ensure that the mix is cool and stir briskly to prevent the egg from curdling.
