Braise vermicelli in ghee (Clarified butter) till golden. Add in water and cook till soft. Then add in pink gel colouring Mix nicely. Then add in 3 tablespoon coconut 1 cup sugar or to taste 1 teaspoon rose essence Some flaked pistachios ½ teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom) powder Saffron. Mix well. Enjoy. Garnish with rose petals or dried roses and slivered pistachios.
