Low Carb Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS
¾ cup almond flour fine 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese¼ teaspoon salt2 tablespoons cream cheeseMixed herbs
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a pot and kn low heat mix and cook until it becomes doughy. It takes a few minutes. Remove from heat. Cool for a few minutes and then divide into 2 balls. Take two pieces of baking paper, parchment paper or wax paper and either roll or form the crust with the one piece under and the other on top. You do this because the dough is very sticky to handle. Place on baking paper on a tray, prick with a fork all over and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Place toppings of your choice on the pizza and bake again. This is delicious. It can also be frozen after you bake it without toppings. To use, defrost and place toppings then bake.
