INGREDIENTS
Copycat Panarotti's Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
4 med sized Store bought pizza bases
Garlic butter
Baby plum tomatoes
4 eggs
Milk
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese powder
Pizza sauce:
2 large tomatoes
1 small onion (chopped)
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
Pinch turmeric powder
Pinch garlic
1 sachet tomato paste
METHOD
Braise onion in oil. Add tomatoes, paste and spices. Cook till reduced and thickened.
Brush melted garlic butter on bases and warm up in oven for 15min.
Spoon on pizza sauce.
Beat eggs with dash milk and scramble on stove. Season with salt and pepper and place on pizza sauce.
Slice tomatoes, saute in pan with drizzle of oil and pinch of salt.
Place on egg.
Heat in oven and serve. Garnish with parsley and serve with parmesan powder on the side.
Note: in the picture I used garlic naans as base because had that on hand.
