250g butter ½ cup castor sugar 3 tablespoon oil ¼ cup semolina / tasty wheat Approx 2 cups flour
Cream butter and sugar until white, add oil and beat again.. Add semolina and enough flour to make soft dough.. Roll into small balls flatten with back of fork. Bake on 160 deg for 10-15 minutes.. Cool and roll in castor sugar
