INGREDIENTS

250g butter ¾ cup icing sugar 1 cup corn flour 2 tablespoon oil +/-2 cups flour

METHOD

Beat butter , sugar ,corn flour and oil together Add in flour to make a soft dough Grease a pan Roll out dough and cut with a cookie cutter Bake at 180° for +-20 minutes Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly Coat in castor sugar whilst warm
