Soft, coffee-kissed biscuits shaped like the cutest little beans ☕
Coffee Bean BiscuitsRich, soft, and coated with white chocolate.

Ingredients:
125g butter (softened)
½ cup icing sugar
¼ cup oil
⅓ cup cornflour
1 teaspoon Jacobs coffee mixed with 1 tablespoon hot water
Few drops brown gel food colouring
± 1½ – 2 cups flour (as needed)
Melted white chocolate (for coating)
Method:
1. Beat the softened butter and icing sugar until pale and fluffy.
2. Add in the oil, cornflour, dissolved coffee, and brown colouring. Mix well.
3. Gradually add flour until you get a soft, smooth dough that’s easy to shape.
4. Roll small balls, then shape them into tiny oblong “coffee beans.”
5. Use a knife to make a gentle slit down the centre of each one.
6. Bake at 180°C until done.
7. Once cool, dip or coat the underside of each biscuit in melted white chocolate
