-½ cup castar sugar
-2 tblpsns cold water
-2 ½ cups self raising flour
-rafaelleo's (whole or cut in half)
-small paper cases
1.)beat butter,sugar and water till white and fluffy.
2.)add the flour and mix to form a soft dough.
3.)flatten a piece of dough on the palm of your hand - place a rafaello in the middle and enclose it in the dough ... Roll into a ball and place on a greased baking tray. Repeat with the rest of the dough and rafaello.
4.)bake in a preheated (180degrees) oven till the bottom of the biscuit is golden brown. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
5.)once biscuits have cooled down roll them in coconut and place them in paper cases.
