Kebab & Fries Burger
Rec cred: ruhana ebrahim Pic cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients: Kebabs- 500g mutton mince ¼ cup oats 1 egg 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice Sauces: Tomato sauce Mayonnaise Also needed: Burger buns Mc'Cains sweet potato chips Sliced cheese Frilly lettuceDeep fry chips till crispy. Season with salt and chilli powder.
Mix all ingredients together for kebabs. Roll golf ball sized balls. Place in freezer to harden. Then place on greased tray and bake in preheated oven at 180degC for 15-20min until browned and firm. Cut buns into halves. Place on lettuce, cheese, chips, kebabs and drizzle on sauces. Close and serve. BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
