INGREDIENTS
Kebab & Fries Burger

Ingredients:Kebabs-500g mutton mince¼ cup oats1 egg1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 tablespoon garlic1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)½ teaspoon white pepper1 tablespoon lemon juice
Sauces:Tomato sauceMayonnaise
Also needed:Burger bunsMc'Cains sweet potato chipsSliced cheeseFrilly lettuce
METHOD
Deep fry chips till crispy. Season with salt and chilli powder.
Mix all ingredients together for kebabs. Roll golf ball sized balls. Place in freezer to harden. Then place on greased tray and bake in preheated oven at 180degC for 15-20min until browned and firm.
Cut buns into halves.
Place on lettuce, cheese, chips, kebabs and drizzle on sauces. Close and serve.
