Soak a cup or more of rice in water overnight1 litre milk1 tin condense milkSmall tin Nestle creamtablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)Cardamom powder 1 teaspoonAlmonds, saffron, pistachio to garnish
METHOD
1. Melt ghee (Clarified butter) in pot add in milk and rice.2. Cook till rice mushy. Blend if you want a smoother consistency3. On low heat now add your cream and condense milk and cardamom powder4. If thick adjust by adding milk to how you and your family prefer.5. Serve and garnish with nits and saffron6. Enjoy!
