500g chicken mince
1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon cumin powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 slices bread (crumbed) Chopped spring onions Chopped coriander Flour water paste (lai) 1 small packet samoosa pur1. Cut up samoosa pur with scissors into thin strips.
2. Then cut into quarters. Toss in a dish. 3. Mix chicken mince in above. 4. Form into croquette shapes. 5. Place in freezer till firm. 6. Dip in lai & then roll in threads. 7. Press down in palm of hand with fingers. 8. Deep fry in preheated oil on medium heat, till golden and crispy. Serve with chutney. #mamataughtmewellrecipes Note: May skewer before coating & frying.
