INGREDIENTS
500g chicken mince1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon coriander powder½ teaspoon cumin powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 tablespoon lemon juice2 slices bread (crumbed)Chopped spring onionsChopped corianderFlour water paste (lai)1 small packet samoosa pur
METHOD
1. Cut up samoosa pur with scissors into thin strips. 2. Then cut into quarters. Toss in a dish.3. Mix chicken mince in above.4. Form into croquette shapes.5. Place in freezer till firm.6. Dip in lai & then roll in threads.7. Press down in palm of hand with fingers.8. Deep fry in preheated oil on medium heat, till golden and crispy.
