Oven Bbq Beef Ribs
Pic cred: Ruhana Ebrahim Rec Cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients: 2 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon red chilli paste 2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 teaspoon mustard powder 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder 1 teaspoon machine gun spice 2 tablespoon brown vinegar 2 tablespoon lemon juice ¼ cup oil 6 sprigs fresh rosemary 2 racks beef ribs ¼ cup honey ¼ cup BBQ Sauce ¼ cup (Calcutta's) Ribs Basting Sauce (Or Spur's Basting sauce)1. Marinate the ribs and leave overnight in fridge.
2. Place in oven proof dish and cover with foil. 3. Bake on 160°C for 2-3 hrs and render the fat by slow cooking it. Cook till beef is tender and falling off the bone. 4. When cooked through, remove from marinade. 5. Strain marinade from oil. 6. Brush marinade back onto ribs. 7. Place ribs under grill and charr. BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
