500 g chicken mince.1 large onions finely chopped (squeeze all water out)1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.SaltRed chilli powder according to taste.2 tablespoon of tandoori masala.1 teaspoon paprikaGreen chilli paste to taste.Chopped coriander.1 tablespoon of coarsely grind coriander seeds.1 teaspoon lemon juice.Pinch of turmeric powder.1 teaspoon garam masala.Chopped fresh coriander.
Mix all together leave to rest for few hours.
Shape kebaab and shallow fry for few minutes on each side.Serve with pitta bread, rolls , salad & chips
