1kg chicken (fillet or whole)100g butter1 onion chopped½ can tomato puree200ml plain yogurt1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder250ml fresh cream¼ teaspoon tumeric powder
Marinate chicken in spices, tomato puree and yogurt for 1-2 hours.Melt butter in pot, add chopped onions and fry until onions jus begin to change golden.Add marinated chicken and cook until tender.Once cooked, add fresh cream.Decorate with dhania (coriander) and serve with parathas or roghni naan.
