500g chicken cubes
2 cups cheese
2 cups mash
handful on dhania (coriander)
1 cup spaghetti
Cook chicken in ghee (Clarified butter) Aromat (a South African Spice) green chillies green masala pepper and ginger garlic. Cool. Once cool add chicken and mash into a food processor. Add dhania (coriander) cheese and spaghetti. Roll into balls. Flatten and roll into bread crumbs. Ready for freezing. Dip in egg and fry.
