Chicken tikka boti

Chicken 500 grm
3 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh cream
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
3 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
¼ teaspoon Elaichi powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala
¼ teaspoon orange food color
½ teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon fennel powder
⅛ cup oil
Wash and drain chicken fillets. Now take chicken and add all spices and mix well.
Marinate it for 1 hour or if you have time marinate it over night.
Grill in oven or on BBQ.
Serve hot with green chutney and salad.
