INGREDIENTS
125 g soft butter½ cup icing sugar½ cup oil½ cup mazienaflour as neededchopped pecans
Melted chocolate for decorating
METHOD
Beat butter and icing sugar together. Add oil and maziena. beat . Add flour to make a soft dough. lastly add chopped pecans. form balls. Bake on 180 C. Allow to cool completely. Decorate with melted chocolate.
