INGREDIENTS
½ kg chicken fillet cubed.1 teaspoon salt.½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice).1 teaspoon garlic.2 tablespoon mayonnaise.10 green chillies ground.2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter).
METHOD
Cook chicken in ghee (Clarified butter). Boil 3 potatoes mash with butter and milk add salt pepper. Mix with chicken. Add fresh chopped dhania (coriander). Make 36 balls. Freeze for 30 minutes. Make thin strips of pur. Dip ball in flour and water paste. And roll in strips. Deep fry like samoosas!!!
