Any white flour is alright. I used sasko as its extra white. For the chocolate biscuits add about 4 tbsp of coco for this recipe and abit of oil as it will be dry. Maybe 175g more flour so your biscuits will not be flat. (You will then get a kg of chocolate biscuits. Alternatively halve the content and you'll have plain & chocolate)
