250g butter-room temperature
250g icing sugar
250g corn flour
1)Soften butter with your baking spoon.
2)Add in icing sugar and cream well.
3) Add your cornflour and fold in.
4) Finally add your flour and make a softish dough, flatten on surface and cut using shapes of choice.
5) Bake until light brown. 15-17 minutes.

Adding half a cup of pecans/almonds and half a cup of desicated coconut add more crunch & allows assortment.
Decorationg with baking chocolate is suggested.
