I usually use 2 chickens depending on the size or ur chickens. Ialso like my haleem meaty. The spices depends on ur taste buds. If you like spicy food then u must add extra spices and chilies. If using 1 chicken - 1 tsp ginger garlic, 2 tsps red chillies, 1/4 tsp arad, 1 tsp dhana jeero, 2 tsps ground green chillies, salt to taste.

Slms Tasneem depending on the coldness of your ice cream mixture, the colder the mixtute the faster the churning process, my mixture usually churns for approx. 25 to 30 mins. in an electric ice cream machine.
