@Jamiela - OK. I tweaked it again. Used 1 cup of milk and 3 eggs. Now its perfect.
Delicious! I left out the chicken and added a handful of methi. Best texture. light. Just what I was looking for. JZK
Its Robertsons texan steak spice. You can get it from any supermarket.

good dish, i will make it again. potatoes didn\'t work out, next time i\'l parboil the potatoes substituted some of the chilli powder with chilli sauce and sub garlic with garlic sauce. also left out the extra slices of tomoto, onion and pepper.
halved the recipe, and baked at 165 C for about 15 minutes (until golden brown) came out lukker. @ayesha try lowering your oven temperature. this recipe is a winner,
