1kg fresh fish of choice
1 green pepper
30ml lemon juice
30ml chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
a few curry leaves
fresh dhania (coriander) leaves
1 green chilli(optional)
Preheat oven to 180degrees.Grease a casserole dish.
Liquidise 1 onion,1 tomato and 1⁄2 green pepper.
Place oil,lemon juice,chilli powder,garlic,mayonnaise,tumeric
powder,curry leaves and salt and pepper into the pot.Add
liquidised mixture and cookover low heat until mixture
thickens.Cool.Marinate fish in cooked mixture for 1 hour.Place
fish in casserole dish,cover with foil, and bake for 10-15
Meanwhile,slice remaining tomato,onion and green pepper.Remove
fish from oven,uncover and top with sliced vegetables.Place
casserole back in oven for a further 10-15 minutes,and cook
Garnish with dhania (coriander) and green chilli.
