You can let it rest for anything between 10 minutes to an hour depending on how much time you have.
You add the cheese when you mould the shape so if you doing buns you add the cheese and mould into a ball shape with the cheese inside.

Honeycomb is rolls filled with cream cheese and topped with a honey syrup, sesame seeds and nigella seeds.
It's quite delicious.
They sell it at some bakeries if you come across it try and than make it so you get the feel of it.
