INGREDIENTS
½ cup oil½ cup boiling water 3 tablespoon cocoa1 cup castor sugar 4 eggs seperated1 tspoon vanilla 1 cup flour1 teaspoon b powder
METHOD
Mix water, oil add cocoa. Add sugar & egg yellows and vanilla one at a time and mix in between. Beat egg whites in separate bowl until it’s stiff foams up and makes a peak. Add flour and baking powder to the mixture. Last fold in the egg whites. Bake 180 20 - 25 minutes
GanacheMix chocolate and nestle cream and pour over
INFO & TIPS
Serve with ice cream, cream or fruit to cut down the sugar if you don't have a sweet tooth.
