Wslm Ingredients should always be @ room temp.Eggs and sugar are beaten until mixture is beautiful thick, fluffy and foamy light yellow cream. Should triple in volume. Beat for 3 to 4 minutes.I use a stand mixer.To ensure proper mixing beat cake batter on low until ingredients have just combined. Overmixing results in tunelling. DONT walk away from the mixer.
Hi its advisable to switch off and restart your blender if you are using it for a prolonged period , it shouldn't run continuosly or else the motor will burn. I purchased the halaal gelatine from chohans spice in durban
