INGREDIENTS
Step 1
500ml sugar (2 cups)
187.5ml water (¾ cup)

2 tablespoon gelatine
1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
125 ml water (half cup)
Toasted dessicated coconut
METHOD
1.Boil sugar and water for 8 minutes over medium heat. 2.Mix maizena (corn flour) and gelatine with water to form a paste. Add boiled mixture to paste and beat on high for 25 minutes. 3.Spread out marshmallow mixture into a greased casserole and allow to set in the refrigerator. 4.When firm, cut marshmallows in squares and toss in coconut to coat evenly.
