@Fiya - Mix all ingredients well together in a stand mixer using a dough hook until the dough doesn't stick to the sides of the mixing bowl. Or you can even just mix it together by hand & knead well until a soft dough is formed.

@Sam - Tried and tested many times over Alhamdulillah... Recipe has been passed on by an elder family member... At first I was also surprised at the amt. of time given for beating but the results speak for themself. ☺️🤗🥰 If you like you can reduce the beating time until you're satisfied with the consistency of the batter. 👌🏻😘
