
Nani's Meat Currry

1 & half kg. Meat
2 Big onions, chopped
2 small tomatoes, chopped (optional)
1 & ¼ tablespoon. Ginger & Garlic
1 & ½ teaspoon. Cayenne Pepper
3 teaspoon. Fennel/ Barishap
½ teaspoon. Cumin
2 teaspoon. Salt
1 teaspoon. Borrie
dhania (coriander) chopped
METHOD
Braise onion then add tomato if using. Add all
spices and cook a bit to release spices. Add dhania (coriander)
towards end of cooking when meat done.
