Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem ... 1 kg chicken fillet cubed
125g butter
1 teaspoon ground garlic
3 teaspoons Zeal
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons crushed green chillies
1 tablespoon dessicated coconut
1 tablespoon almond powder
....
Sauce ....
1 liter milk
1 cup fresh cream
1 tablespoon maziena
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon egg yellow
Coriander for garnish
....
Cook chicken in butter and all ingredients
Combine all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil
Pour sauce over chicken and cook for a further 5 or 10 minutes
Garnish with coriander
