INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain biscuit crumbs
80gr melted butter
¼ cup ground almonds
500gr cream cheese, softened
½ cup castor sugar
200gr toblerone, melted
½ cup thickened cream
200gr toblerone, for decorating
METHOD
Combine biscuit crumbs, butter and almonds. Press
into springform pan.chill.
Beat cream cheese, melted toblerone and cream.Beat
until well combined. Pour onto crumb base and
refridgerate 2-3hrs or overnight. Decorate with
grated toblerone.
