INGREDIENTS
ginger garlic 1 ½ teaspoon
coriader chopped as needed
curry leaves 3 leaves
potato 3 medium sized
chana flour(gram flour) 1 ½ cups
2 teaspoon baking powder
water as needed
onion 1 small grated
mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
arad (Turmeric) pinch
salt to taste
fine red chillie powder ½ teaspoon
crushed green chillies
oil for deep frying
METHOD
boil potato and mash leave aside to cool,add ginger
garlic, green chillie,salt,fine red chillie powder,
,make vagaar with grated onion,mustard seeds and
curry leaves when mustard seeds start popping, add
to mash potato.make a paste with chana flour, arad (Turmeric)
and baking powder.make balls with potato mixture dip
into chana flour paste and fry until golden brown.
