Nutty Date Delights

RECIPE

50 g butter¼ c sugar1 packet dates chopped1 packet marie biscuits ...broken in pieces ¼ c chopped almonds1 egg beaten
Boil butter and sugar until melted... Add in dates and cook until dates soften.
Remove from stove, add in beaten egg and mix well.
Add in biscuits and nuts and cook until the mixture comes together.
Leave to cool and roll out ball shapes and toss in coconut...
The mixture can also be placed in foil and rolled up... Freeze and then roll in coconut and slice it....
