3 cups flour 2½ teaspoon instant yeast 1 egg 2 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon sugar ½ cup oil 1 teaspoon baking powder ¾ water ¾ cup milk
Combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt and Baking powder into a mixing bowl. Add oil to dry ingredients, mix on low speed. Lightly beat egg, add to water and milk, then add the liquids to form a soft dough. Remove from bowl, working on floured surface knead the dough. Leave to rise until double in size. Punch dough knead again and divide into 24 balls. Roll each ball into rounds , place on baking tray and bake until blisters form ±10 - 15 minutes Cool completely, now it's freezer suitable.
