INGREDIENTS
                      500ml s r flour
60g butter-melted
125ml milk
300ml cheddar cheese-grated
1 egg-beaten
25ml chopped chives
pinch of salt
                    
METHOD
                      Mix butter, egg & milk together. Stir in cheese, 
chives,flour & salt. Mix to a soft dough. Pat 
into rounds. Brush tops with egg. Bake @ 180*C 
for 12-15  minutes.
