INGREDIENTS
Broken chocolate cake 1 teaspoon caramel popcorn coffee mixed in 1 cup boiling water(regular coffee would do too) 1 tin caramel treat1 big tin Nestlé dessert cream125ml @cloverwaybetter fresh creamCrushed @bakersbiscuits nuttikrust 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Castor sugar
METHOD
1. Whisk caramel treat and dessert cream together until well blended. Set aside2. Whip the fresh cream with the Castor sugar until stiff. Set aside 3. Break cake up and line a dessert bowl. Throw half of the coffee over cake 4. Throw half of the caramel mixture over the soaked cake. Repeat layers 5. Spread/pipe whipped cream over the last caramel layer. Decorate with crushed biscuits6. Allow to set in the fridge for about 2 hours before serving
